3. Change Shoes
Tight, pointed or ill-fitting shoes, especially the ones with heels,are commonly responsible for triggering the bunions on your feet. They put pressure on the bunion region, leading to pain, redness, swelling, blistering, etc.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes that are a proper fit. Avoid shoes that are too tight or sharply pointed, and even high heels. Flats with plenty of room for the toe are the best choice. The right shoe will prevent a bunion from causing further damage to your foot.
