13. Vitamin B12-Rich Foods
Low levels of Vitamin B12 lead to weak immunity and a low platelet count along with the risk of blisters in your oral cavity. Including vitamin B12-rich foods in your diet has been considered to help increase the platelet count. Vitamin B-12 also promotes the health of your blood cells.
Some foods that are rich in vitamin B-12 are beef liver, clams, and eggs. You can eat the eggs boiled, fried, or poached. Dairy products such as milk and cheese are also a good source of B-12, as already mentioned before.
