2. Fruit Juice
While fruit may be the best alternative for sweetness, but fruit juice isn’t as healthy because it will have total sugar but very less quantity of fiber. The sugar will also be highly concentrated in juice than you would find in the entire fruit. This can result in an increase in blood sugar levels.
Fruit juice isn’t as filling as a whole fruit. So you might indulge in overeating, or completely forget about those sugar intake when you prepare your next meal. So the best alternative is to sparkle a little bit of water with only a sprinkle of juice combined.
