If you can’t eat enough turmeric, then to get all the benefits you can also take supplements with a pinch of black pepper or relish the very famous turmeric latte. You can also make a cup of turmeric tea by adding one teaspoon of ground turmeric to boiling water with a pinch of black pepper and a bit of lemon juice. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy.
