2. Eucalyptus oil
Eucalyptus oil is known for its great anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It can soothe inflammation as well as relieve pain caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and even muscle injuries. A South Korean study found that inhaling eucalyptus oil was effective in reducing pain.
For the joint pain remedy, take 8-10 drops of eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil each and add 3-5 teaspoons of any carrier oil, like moringa oil or olive oil. Massage the mixture on your aching joints and you will notice an instant, cooling pain relief.
