Smoothies are a healthier alternative to juice because it retains all of that good fiber. But remember only the homemade ones are healthy and not the one you buy from a store. Store-bought smoothies are usually made with a lot of extra stuff, to make it tasty and creamy, which adds to the fat and sugar content.
A lot of times we load up on unhealthy ingredients without even realizing it because they are sold hidden in ‘healthy’ food.
