4. Whole Grains
Whole grains help a great deal in reducing inflammation, whereas refined grains are known to be very unhealthy. Most of the nutrition of the grains lie in the germ and bran which are removed in refined grains like white flour. White flour uses only the endosperm while whole grains retain all three parts of the grain, the bran, the germ, and the endosperm.
Always try to favor whole grain products over refined grain products such as white bread. Other effective whole grains include oatmeal, barley, brown rice, and quinoa. Whole grains will help you rid inflammation post an exercise and let you continue your regime without taking long breaks.
