The study found statistically significant differences in oxygen saturation values for different body positions and the upright position had the best values. Human trials have found that people who sit straight tend to experience less negative emotions and be in a better mood compared to those who sit in a slumped posture. Between long durations of sitting, take a break, and do some light stretching right at your desk. This will improve blood circulation and also give you an energy boost.
