3. Certain Vegetables
Leafy greens rank top among vegetables due to its nutritional value. Along with the rich amount of potassium they also come with some very healthy nutrients. Select kale, spinach, turnip/collard/beet greens, romaine lettuce, arugula, and Swiss chard. Eat them raw or steamed and don’t cook your greens with fatback!
Other than leafy greens the vegetables you can benefit from are tomatoes, broccoli, lima beans, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, green beans, and peas. Eat them simple with a very little salt or raw and avoid mixing them with cheese, dressing, and butter to avoid heart issues.
