A few studies have found that honey can be used to treat eye infections like keratitis, blepharitis, and keratoconjunctivitis. The very potent anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties found in honey may help alleviate eye infections.
You just need to take 1 cup of water and bring it to boil. Add a few drops of honey into it and stir well. Once the water cools down to a safe temperature, use a sterilized dropper to put a drop in each eye. After about 5 minutes, wash your eyes with clean water. You can do this 2-3 times a day.
