2. Essential Oils
Antimicrobial properties of essential oils of tea tree, rosemary, and peppermint may help fight microbial infections and prevent them. But it is necessary to remember essential oils are highly concentrated, so should never be used in or around the eyes without being diluted. It may cause irritation and a burning sensation.
Add a few drops one of essential oil in a large bowl of water and heat it. Cover yourself with a towel and bend over the bowl and absorb the steam for 5-6 minutes. Do this two times every day.
